the vehicle is returned With
OUT the navigation DVD the

Drivers license check
You need to know that we
reserve the right to
electronically check the
(first time) renters'
drivers' license. The only
information we are able to
access is DMV information
which is public knowledge.
There is a slight charge for
this procedure. Depending on
the state, the charge can be
$10-15.
Pet Hair, Dirt, and Odor
Our policy is clear and
simple. No one wants to sit
in a car that has pet hair
or odor in it. So please do
not carry dogs or cats in
the vehicle. If you must,
they cover the area where
your pet is going to be. If
the vehicle comes back with
pet dirt or odor, You WILL
be charged an additional
charge for cleaning and
deodorizing the vehicle. The
charge is a minimum of $50.

Any miles driven over the

management might be able to
create a special program for

Rental Extension Rates
f the renter decides to
extend the rental period to
a new date past the original
return date on the rental
agreement, this will
automatically void any
special pricing or rate that
was associated with the
original rental length, and
the normal printed price
sheet rental rate will then
be applied to the total
rental time starting from
the first day of the
original rental agreement.
In other words; for example;
if the renter was given a 2
day special price that
included a certain %
discount, and then decided
to extend the rental to 5
days, then the % discount
will no longer be valid and
the total rental will be
calculated by the regular
printed price sheet price.
Any exception must be given
by the manager in writing.
Deposits for Luxury Cars &

reservation, and prior to
vehicle actual rental the

pickup a security deposit

Gasoline Refueling
Our policy for refueling gas
is very simple. Please
return the vehicle with the

charge you $4.95/gal used.
So, please check your gas
level before returning the

GPS/NAV RENTALS
WHEN RENTING OUR GPS UNIT,
IF THE UNIT DOES NOT COME
BACK IN WORKING CONDITION,
OR IS BROKEN OR LOST, THE
$500 DEPOSIT WILL BE USED
TOWARD THE REPLACEMENT OF A
NEW GPS DEVICE. IF ANY
ACCESSORIES/PARTS ARE
MISSING, THE $500 DEPOSIT
WILL BE USED TOWARDS THE

Spare Tire and Jack
Each one of Image Rent A Car
vehicles is equipped with a
spare tire (unless the
vehicle has runflat tires),
and a jack and lug wrench.
It is the sole
responsibility of the renter
to replace the tire with the
spare provided in case of a
flat tire. We do not give
flat tire replacement
service. The renter is also
responsible for the cost of
the replacement tire.
Unfortunately there is

we cannot assume
responsibility for the

Cancellations
Please be advised that if
you need to cancel your
weekend reservation for a
non-exotic vehicle we
require that you notify us
at least 24 hours in advance
for a Friday
pickup/Delivery, or by
Wednesday 1:00PM for a
Friday Saturday or Sunday
pickup/Delivery.
If canceling in less time
than stated above there will
be a cancellation charge
that you will be responsible
for.
On non-exotic cars the
cancellation charge for a
weekend is the 1 day
advertised Internet weekend
rate.
On holiday rentals the
charge is your full holiday
rental rate. This is due to
the extreme shortage of
vehicles in New York during
holiday periods.
For exotic vehicles and
8-10-12-15 passenger vans/
Conversion Vans the charge
is the 3 day Internet rate
for your pickup/Delivery
date and time. This includes
weekend and weekday rentals.
Holiday cancellation will be
charged the full reservation

Summons Payment
Responsibility
The renter is fully and
totally responsible for any
parking, traffic, and E-Z
PASS or SUN-PASS summonses
during the time of the
rental. If you ignore and
not pay any summonses you
receive, we will be
obligated to send your
summonses to a company that
charges a service fee to
collect our tickets charges
and bill you on YOUR credit
card. There fee is $40 over
and above the fee for the
summons plus any additional
late fees or other service
charges administered by NYC
or any other municipality
that issued the summons.
This could cost you much
more than the original
ticket. So please don't get
a ticket, but if you do,
please pay it timely in
order to avoid all the other
charges that you will have
to pay anyway. If you try to
avoid paying summonses, you
will only pay much more
later. There is no escape
from paying summonses.

Power Inverters
We provide power outlets for
the game systems and your
personal use. However please
keep in mind that these do
not supply unlimited power.
If you plug too many things
into our outlets you will
either blow a fuse or melt
the inverter. Keep an eye on
how many cell phone chargers
are plugged into the system,
and make sure you disconnect
them from the power supply
if your phone is fully
charged. Often we run into
problems when 5 or 6 people
have each of their cell
phone chargers plugged in
and then they plug in a
couple laptops and melt the
inverter. Most of our vans
have at least 1000 watts of
power. This should be more
then enough for normal day
to day use.
Video System
Video Sytem / Game Consoles:
We provide a video system in
all of our luxury vehicles
as an amenity to our
clients. We do everything in
our power to make sure the
AV system is in working
order before you leave, and
if you find that something
is broken during your
rental, we will do
everything in our power to
get it repaired as soon as
your schedule permits.
However it is important to
keep a couple things in
mind: AV systems are easy to
break. Road vibrations,
normal wear and tear,
misuse, even car washes can
all lead to the AV system
malfunctioning. If your AV
system does not work for
some reason, please contact
us, our technician may be
able to advise you on a
simple solution. Due to the
fact that the typical
breakdown is beyond our
control we do not offer
discounts due to an AV
system breakdown

returned checks or
